Vertical line started to appear on screen

Hi,

I have issue with my phone screen, showing some Vertical line on screen and the support person from kalyan west center told me that the screen is broken without checking the phone. when i asked him what if the screen is not broken(because i dont see any such mark on screen) then he said it will not repair in kalyan center.


I visited 2 times to service center and my mobile is about to end the warranty cover by next month, i dont understand how to solve the problem?
